Archived Vacation payout after quit?

I know there’s a few threads on this but I’m still a little confused. I’m currently living in Indiana and I plan on putting in my notice soon. I currently have over 100 unused vacation time.

Will I get that as a payout after my notice?
Or will I have to (if possible) ask my HR if I can extend my notice to payout some hours?

I apologize for not being too law savvy!

You are out of luck. Your HR may be willing to help to a degree. You have to work AFTER using the vacation, so that may make it tough.

Either use up your vacation paid time off before your last day on job or your unused vacation time will go to CEO’s pocket to buy other yacht.

Depends on your store, ETL, and HR. My ETL and HR allowed me to use up my weeks of vacation until my last day. So basically I took like a two week vacation, then worked my last three days (something to that effect) and it lined up to my last day. But my store liked me a lot and I was AP so I might have had more pull when it came to something like this.

Our store you have to use it before your last day. We have had a few TMS use it then come back for a day or 2 and then they're gone and they got the payout for the "vacation"
