So question about vacation time, it shows on my stub I have 32 hours, do vacation time hours expire or stop at a limit or how exactly does it work?

No time limit unless you get 200 plus hours.

Woo hoo! I'm super thrifty with vacation. Right now I'm sitting on about 170. Should have about 185 by the time I use a week in August.

I think the max is 240?

I thought it maxed out at 40 until you used them. Unless you have more than 5 years

Under 5 years max is 80. You can only earn 40 a year

Huh. I don't recall taking vacation last year. Maybe I did. But mine has said 40 for quite awhile in my pay stub

I max out at over 300 currently I have 230 plus 250 sick and 32 personal. For the past five years I've been getting paid down my sick. If I'm over 260 at the quarter they pay me down to 240. Great little bonus. That all stops in June. But I have also been with spot for 28 years....

You can bank/save up to twice your accrual before you start losing vay-cay pay.
Ie: When I'd been here 5 yrs, I could accrue 2 weeks/yr but could bank up to 4 weeks before I'd start losing it.
I used personal holidays to tide me over during hr cuts then vay-cay hrs when I ran out of PH.
No sick pay in our parts.
