So how does the whole vacation hours work I've been at target almost 9 months and still not sure how they rack up is it after a year you get a week or what?

How much do you accrue tho is it like 1 day every month or does it accrue very slowly?

You dont get weeks. At a year you start gaining hours. The amount you get depends on how many hours you are working.
