Archived Vendor Scorecards

Hello All!

I have been tasked with learning how to do vendor scorecards. I tried to do some research on workbench but wasn’t able to find much. Can anyone give me some input on how to do vendor scorecards? I appreciate it.

As a PA, I complete the scorecard each week. I consult with my food team leader every Monday before submitting it. Just type "vendor survey" into the Workbench searchbox and click on the first result to access it. Only national vendors can be rated. We have a bunch of local vendors that sometimes fail to perform, but all we can do is talk to their supervisors. The survey is a great tool to get results, though, when your vendors do not cooperate.

There is also a quick link that you can add to your "starred" ones, it's called "weekly DSD vendor survey" I believe. You're just going to be rating them on things like presentation and instocks, neatness of their area, and everything being in-date
