Archived VML Interview

I'm interviewing for this position next week. Can anyone tell me what the interview will consist of?
I'm applying internally, so does that mean I get to skip a interview?

You will still have to interview. It will be a standard 'scenario' interview. Where you describe a time and the outcome. It has also been said you will have to recreate a visual to match a picture. This is all what I read on this site. Check the VM TL thread for more info.
