Archived Walking Boot

I have a soft tissue injury on my foot and doctor said I need to wear a walking boot and walk less for atleast a week. She’s making a doctors note, how do I get this to Target? And should I call and speak to LOD/HR today or just go in like regular tomorrow?

Call, let them know you have a medical order from your doctor, and ask how they want to proceed. If they want the note you can either bring it in or fax it over.

Make a copy before your only proof gets "lost" by HR

I'm in HR in my regular job. Definitely let your HR ETL know about it ASAP. Don't just show up to work. If they decide they can't accommodate your restriction, they'll just send you home.

Call today and inform them of the doctor's order. Unfortunately, the only reasonable accommodation I can think of that will keep you off your feet is cashier with a stool. But LOD and HR may have other ideas that could work.
