Stay focused on conversion. It is #1 focus from the CEO, which means it is the focus for all of EVPs, SRVPs, GD/GVPs, DTLs, and STLs. If you were great at AAR (which I must assume since you are being promoted) then you should be great at conversion. Make sure you push the cashiers to do it as well. GSA is a great spot to show some great results and show some leadership. I promoted 2 GSAs to TL positions last year and both are doing great. I hope you enjoy the new job.
