Anyone find it weird we're open til midnight Every day now?

It’s so the shift differential doesn’t start until 12 am to only 7 am. That’s how they can save money

But we have an overnight team. Our front end has people being scheduled to leave at 12:30 and arrive at 6:30. Many TMs are working 48+ hours a week.

I don't have work tonight, but it's usually dead quiet on a Sunday by 10pm so it'll be as if the store is closed.

I can't decide if I'd rather zone with one hour of the store being closed, or two hours of open dead time. I'm also curious if Target will lose money paying employees until midnight.

No. Literally every year. Though uts gotten later used to be the day after turkey day until after xmas. Glad its only a couple weeks now.

We had a fair amount of people from 10-11 tonight. I kept the cashier entertained with some candy push.
