Gently warm the chips in a saucepan, add some 1/2&1/2 or light cream, a tbs of butter or Smart Balance and a tsp of vanilla extract. Stir, keep stirring and add the HH or cream until it's the consistency of Hot Fudge sauce. In a couple of minutes you will have hot fudge sauce for your ice cream. Keep refrigerated. Spoon out a serving and micro for 20 sec.
