Archived Why is ehr always down?

I go on the old dinosaur that is IE just for ehr and its still never working, all I get is the http 404 error message?! Why can't the page be accessed with a more up to date browser and why is it never working?

You do realize you're talking about Spot here, right?
For some reason when it comes down to computers they are still in the 90's.
I use the IE tab on Firefox and try to stay off as much as possible.
