We have the equipment & the application is live on the mydevice. Still instructed not to use it yet. A few TM's in stores in my region hit "submit" and it took since it was live. It made them pause all replenishment and do an emergency tag up process. So don't hit submit yet....

Them talking to you is actually good. They may have checked your past punches to confirm you weren't doing it regularly(time clock fraud), and chose to just coach you to correct your actions.

You can get to ETL without a degree, just takes much, much longer and A LOT of backing from etls/stls and even dtls. I only know of a couple around my area who have done it.
On a side note, I did not suddenly feel smarter or understand Target more when I got my degree.... I think there is a lot...
Now referred to as pay levels. Sounds like it reduces the chance of capping out and gives TMs that are capped more room to earn. Haven't read all the details yet though
