Im about to leave and im sure im going to get a call tomorrow to do back room. I might burn most pulls and find myself on the top of the stacks taking a nap.
our store is capped at 150 right now. Today I think we had 80 orders with 3 people, one working 8-3, 10-2:30, and 9:30-5. I litterally just packed for my whole shift, honestly I enjoy it. i worked the 10-2:30 shift.
One time an ETL in our store said if we got goal before he left at 6 we could pie him in the face. Needless to say we got goal and he got a pie in the face ( whipped cream on a paper plate) infront of the check lanes. Guest must have thought we were insane.
I live in MA and I wish the tax rate was still 5% or that redcards were for 6.25%. I would totally ask " would you like to not pay taxes on this purchase today?" Imagine the response.
I got pushed out of AP on my 85th day of employment. ETL-AP said I wasnt making enough recoveries... Sorry that I walk the Floor and guest service every shady looking person I see before they try to steal. I also fixed the merch protection on fitbits and beats, now they have resorted to cutting...
I Dont remember my exact start date, I think I just hit 90 days today and I asked my boss for a sick day.
Is there a place to look on EHR to find that?
As AP I enjoy finding a reason to call PD. Just makes the night go faster, and well I always try and keep the team members safe. Always tell them to call me if they feel uncomfortable with a guest.
If our front lanes are super busy sometimes GS will radio over to have a few guests sent their way to help out. Besides the lack of communication at my store, my team rocks.
Im a TPS and my ETL-AP legit had a return go like this
Guest walks up and removes items from bag
ETL: Do you have a reciept?
Guest: No
ETL: Come back when you have a recepit
The guest then placed items back into bag and left.
Im not concerned about it and my ETL will stand up for GS that...
how do you get dinged for denying a return? My ETL AP and I tell guest service to deny damn near everything that is HBA, electronics and large amounts of softlines.
