Thank you SFSFun and Grizzlies, the store I'm at currently has backroom pushing all of their pulls from the CAF's (1 pm, 3 pm, weekends 5 pm). No salesfloor team members are pushing CAF's, just go backs (reshop). We have so much push in our backroom it's horrendous.

After pulling the 3 pm CAF's and the 5 pm CAF's on the weekends, is backroom responsible for pushing all of them? Or do other stores have the sales floor help push?

I have a question: Today our ETL had a huddle and basically said that the store itself was underperforming in the district and that, "the backroom needs to come clean." What does that mean for the backroom, say early morning shift (4am)?

What does the acronym ASANTS stand for? I've tried looking it up in other threads, but to no avail.

I just began working at Target this month in the backroom. They now have one TL controlling one stockroom, and another controlling another side. Will the CAF transitioning affect scheduling at large across Target stores?

I was told that the CAF schedule is transitioning into a new system of 2 hour periods. So instead of hourly CAF's they are just going to be 2 hours?

Some terminology I'm not sure of yet. What does it mean when something is flexing? Does it have anything to do with flex fulfillment?

I was asked by Guest Services if backroom does STS (Ship to Store)? There was a hand basket full of items up at Guest Services and I wasn't sure what the answer to that would be.
