Today was my last day. Spent way too long at a job I didn't like. Don't be like me and make excuses to stay. Go out and change your life for the better even if it's a small step.
Thanks to everyone here for all the help over the years. I wouldn't have known how to do my job as well as I did...
If it comes up challenge we put it on a vehicle with a challenge clip. Someone will eventually work it, not necessarily you the backroom TM. A lot of the time it's not until the next day but it does get worked.
I've heard stories of people being removed from the system before their last day so they can't log in to things. My last day is a closing instocks shift which is awful so I'm hoping they'll just have me go around zoning or just doing whatever.
I had 40 suspect on like 600 pulls this last week.
Echoing what has already been said it's mostly shippers, stuff I know definitely won't go out and maybe big stuff like basketball hoops I want to make sure will go out before wasting my time. So I backstock them so they don't end up unlocated...

Um yes it is their fault. If they want the job done properly they have to provide the equipment necessary. That's what a freaking job is. I don't care if some TM is going around smashing them on purpose. That TM can lose their device privilege but the other TMs still need the equipment.
Go...
I understand the idea is guest focused but how much time will you have to help a guest when you have to do every single job in the store?
Or more likely you'll be stuck helping guests all day and not be able to complete your ridiculous work load.
Yep 2.7 DIO as well.
Didn't see the full breakdown but had a few DEO the rest DIO.
I was 2nd in charge for SFS and we did over a million in sales which is a lot for our low volume store. Pretty sure I was also first in amount of pulls done for the year. I hadn't called out the 6 months...
We have a TL who will buy stuff during her break/meal, put it in a cart and wheel the cart into the coat hanging area in TSC which makes it very difficult grab your coat.
It's insane this is allowed.
