He was a great DTL, had no issues with him. He’s approachable and friendly. If there is any leadership problems in a store he will hold them accountable and eventually performance them out. He got rid of three STL’s and several ETL’s when he was here
At my store we’ve had about 40 people leave the past two months. Turn over is very, very high, it seems like our DTL & HRBP dont even care about what’s going on
Has anyone received that Target exclusive Crota pop? My store has been getting non stop calls the past week and have yet to see it or find a DPCI.
Does anyone know the correct DPCI?
Yes something like this happened about 3 years ago at my store. My STL and ETL-HR at the time did not select the team members to retake it. It was our Group Director and HR Director who chose the team members.
There were some STL's in my district who called the hotline on one of our former DTL.
It ended badly, DTL moved up in the company , STL's were out within a year
It's best to just stay out of it and do what you're told to do
All the transition product is flexed out (unless street dated) until the new set/sales planner
Back to school/college is getting flexed around the whole store now because we still have about 2 pallets worth of product on our steel. That's not counting the stuff coming off the truck. Just...
I think he's finally realized how bad it is, we're getting visits almost everyday now. Just recently lost our ETL- HR, ETL-Hardlines and a senior team lead
