So our TV wall is set, HDMI box and cables are all set....but we have the white backer paper.

Does anyone have a contractor coming in to install HDMI? At our store they'll be coming in after we set the TV wall. What's going to be the point of setting the backwall if they're just going to bring all the TVs down?
Aren't the fixtures just the black pushes that OTC originally had before? We already had plenty and used them for pain/first aid. Replacing the label strips when they come in will be super easy because it's already set and measured out with the labels we printed...

So how are you guys sequencing? Are you just moving aisle by aisle by aisle per day till you get through all of market or hitting certain spots on a given day, I.E wine or water backwall?
What difference does it make though when when you're going to have to do that in the morning autofill anyway? If it's the evening and you have some time, why not do a manual vs a pog fill?
Can someone explain why it's not a good idea to do manuals? If BR has the time at night to drop manuals and there's not much left to do, why is it a bad idea to be proactive and alleviate the workload in the morning by dropping some manuals?
you can't cheat a baffle as you don't know when one has been registered.
when you're pulling a caf in a location and scan something that isn't supposed to be there a baffle will register but it won't necessarily tell you.

How does ad rotation work? Do you just designate one end cap for your ad and just switch it out every week? How many are there, and are they just in A and G block?
Do you keep a binder with the set dates and print and put all the pogs there? Or just toss the pog after you're done setting it?
