Our HR TL went around telling us about how Juneteenth will be a paid holiday. She mentioned that we would be paid even if we aren't working that day.
Is there any truth to that? I'm just a regular part-time employee and I've never been paid for non-worked store holidays...
I got my hopes up...
No one seems to know at my store. Are they still doing 1.5x holiday pay for Memorial and Independence? I assume it hasn't changed, but I just wanted to make sure.
TIA
I will be signing up for the dental plan this coming open enrollment period and I'm wondering what happens when I don't receive a paycheck. Say I'm gone for two or four weeks on unpaid vacation and don't receive a paycheck(s), do they double/triple down on the deduction on my next paycheck?
TIA
Got the same email, didn't think anything of it, seemed like a glitch. I made sure to re-register for the 2017 w2. Given that no one has received their electronic W2, I wouldn't worry.

My ETL pulled me to the side today and said that I had worked seven days last week because I had clocked out a few minutes after midnight once or twice last week. Does anyone know if the problem is that I worked 7 days since the few minutes after 12AM counted as a workday? I've clocked out a few...
I was scheduled for 4.5 hours (California) and was asked to stay a little longer. Started at 7:00 and clocked out at 11:52 (which is what it said on the digital time clock). I'm not sure if it rounds up to 5 hours or not or if it's just 4 hours and 52 minutes which would mean I didn't hit...
