Archived Would you give up pay for the ability to make your own schedule?

Yeah I guess it only can work with certain TL's and those who are the only one in their department. Only reason I ask is because I left Target taking a pay cut for the same position so I could pick my hours and days off

Archived Would you give up pay for the ability to make your own schedule?

I'm not talking a large cut, like .50c-$1 an hr

Archived Ever call out because you had to do "everything"?

Not so much called out, but one time I was called on my day off to clean up the entirety of pfresh alone on a 10 hr shift. They even offered extra pay. I'd need double pay to do that shit, what a god damn pain to clean all that up.

Archived Anyone in AP as lenient with lifters as they are in this show?

Yeah I'm aware of that, it makes thieves look like they can get away with just a picture and a ban. smh. Really entertaining even though it's fake haha

Archived Anyone in AP as lenient with lifters as they are in this show?

An employee caught in this show steals thousands and they just fire her? lol wtf at least in my store I always see cops come for lifters.

    Archived Question about Grocery Pay.

At my store it's a $1.25 increase. We're a special case though. It should be .75 above pg3

MEGATHREAD Hang Me (The Softlines Thread)

Damn what a tough day. You really need to not kill yourself over your target job. It's not worth having an anxiety over. If the LOD gives you shit for not having it done, who cares!! They're not going to coach you for doing your job. Keep on keeping on, good luck.

    Archived Interview for PMT

Our PMT really likes his job. He always has a smile on his face and I just see him banging away at things and tinkering. The pay is GREAT too. 2 grades higher than a starting TL.

Damn Target lost a really good employee. Interested to see how this pans out with Target.

Archived Produce TL in Super Target

It's not that hard. I talked to a produce TL and they said some of it is talking with vendors, orders, setting up sales plans, and working with the PA. Pretty typical TL work.

Archived Target adding unisex bathrooms for transgender people.

Why can't they just make a "family restroom"? A little silly if you ask me.

Archived *POLL*: Do you have "supervisor access"?

On my 3 months, I was given supervisor access. I was a PA.

    Archived Can't take it anymore

I had to have an awkward conversation with my HR-ETL to get the form. Couldn't find it anywhere else.

    Archived Target v. Walmart Security

Whenever I see the cops come in for a shoplifter he always jokes around and smiles like "we meet again <ap guy's name>, what kind of shenanigans did someone pull for my attention today?". When I see cops show up at Walmart they look like they hate life.

    Archived New grocery positions soon

I was aware it's a full company rollout. Our store will be doing it very soon. I'll be gone but I can only imagine this will help Target somewhat. Flow doesn't know what they're doing half the time in market

    Archived New grocery positions soon

For the new grocery "makeover" ETL confirmed guaranteed 35-38 hrs a week. Got a feeling the pay is shit tho. Like n05 (between sales floor and flow)

    Archived Market P.A.

I'm shocked yall only have 2 PA's. Being a PA also means being responsible for the food order, dropping batches (normally for wine and freezer outs, called an EXF), and working with vendors occasionally. Otherwise it's just working the autofills, push truck, and zoning.
