Our PMT really likes his job. He always has a smile on his face and I just see him banging away at things and tinkering. The pay is GREAT too. 2 grades higher than a starting TL.

It's not that hard. I talked to a produce TL and they said some of it is talking with vendors, orders, setting up sales plans, and working with the PA. Pretty typical TL work.

I'm shocked yall only have 2 PA's. Being a PA also means being responsible for the food order, dropping batches (normally for wine and freezer outs, called an EXF), and working with vendors occasionally. Otherwise it's just working the autofills, push truck, and zoning.
