I love being on LOA and having a better job
Because I just go to target use my credit card to fill up a giftcard and use my discount. Can't fire me if I'm never there for a shift because I'm on LOA. Lol it's so fun manipulating target OH AND I DON'T WORK BLACK FRIDAY OR THANKSGIVING because I have a real job where like I get paid well... -

See I, know what you do at target doesn't matter. I did 25 minute 15 breaks because well everyone at my store did it because we don't care. And lol 30 minute meals if I did work more than 6 hours. Uh I added in my own 15 minute paid break in because why not? Of course my friends use my discount... -

Like you just block the target number so you can say you never got the call and come back an extra month later, it's not like your on the schedule so they can't do anything. I guess I'll find out in 2 weeks if I'm fired because my vacation hours would be cashed out -

Like I'm not trying to be here more than 3 days a week lol I put in an availability change just to work tuesday wednesday and thursday to close saying I only want 10 hours a week Give my hours to people who actually wanna come to work lol -

Do the ETLS of every area make the schedule for their team? Do they see a name and go I want her to close this day that day and that day. Do they even look at the avalibility?
