Target just reported 4th quarter earnings on February 24th, they also released estimates for the rest of 2016, but nothing has been mentioned about raising the minimum wage to $10.00, which would effect the estimates for the year. I apologize, I looked at some pay grade break downs and realized my mistake. Most of the sales floor is base pay, except for a few areas..... which I work in one of those few areas, that's why I am a N05 pay grade.

Sales floor is NOT base pay..... Cashier, Guest Services, and Cart Attendant is!!! (N03), which is base pay. Sales floor is N05, I would know, I work on the Sales Floor. Maybe some stores just have different pay grades, wouldn't make sense, but you never know.
