Im close to doing my AP(TPS) interviews and was wondering what kind of questions are asked or what is the main focus during the interviews? I really want to join AP and I feel like its my calling :/

The USB part is suppose to go into the bottom of the base which then you'd see a green or red light go off in the USB stick. Red obviously means error bit sometimes the alarm does turn off even with a red light but green confirms alarm is reset and ready to go off whenever a punk tries stealing it.

My GTSL that comes to close up electronics at the end of night always ask why we never get redcards...I always respond how come you front lanes doesn't get them? Lol their faces are priceless..I always then change course so they don't get too mad at me :D

Be prepared to push hard for AAR and SPR each week, electronics ETL and TL can be ruthless when it comes to our department because they expect alot out of us. Recently our store was the lowest out of the district and now the TL wants to meet with everyone and pretty much scold at us for doing so...

My "Guest Experience" ETL let's it happen but I don't. I don't care if someone wants one gift card per ipad..That will only keep my AAR 100%...I need it to be higher or else nothing will go. I heavily enforced the limit 2 iPads during this sale and even convinced my clueless TL to back me with it.

As a regular maggot TM I got to join my STL and 2 other ETLs on a walk once. I got some of the meanest looks ever lol Felt kinda good being on top for just a moment even though it was just a "walk"

My store is doing the pie thing too, the other event they got going is the winning TL gets hit with water balloons lol I'm sure all my TLs will participate because they're all outgoing and fun...not to mention very very attractive women ^_^

In my store my electronics team is somewhat hated because we're overall very flexible so TLs come to us to have us help out with other zones. We don't even have a TL nor ETL and been operating fine without one :)

As an electronics TM I hate the fact they sometime we don't get a PDA and we really need them to pull items for guests. It wouldn't make much sense to call backroom when we're a two story building and they gotta run from the basement to the top floor to pull a DVD. I've let the ETLs know but...

We have evening huddles and all the lazy people run to them and leave the entire floor empty. I hate them

Same here almost every display in electronics endcaps have double protection.

I don't think they have to but probably can cover if they want to and if a TL or higher approves of it. Most of the time Mobile is too busy or dislike helping guests to want to be all alone for 15 mins with them lol
