It's not hard at all once you get the routine down. I personally love it because it is quiet and no one bothers you, plus you can listen to music and drink coffee! I'm assuming someone will be with you to train you?

I think you have to be keyed a certain way by HR before you can get supervisor access.

You would like to think so, but it's more likely they took a look at their blood-red vibe scores from the guests that just stood in line for half an hour and then went home and took the survey!

When I first started we had 3 out of 5 GSA's that were male, and one of our 2 GSTL's was male. Also a couple of GSTM's that are guys. We've since replaced two of the three GSA's with females. Male GSA's don't seem to stick around at the front end very long!

Did anyone else have trouble with their store's alarms going off also? Our perimeter alarm and refrigeration alarms started going off about 15 minutes before closing. Not sure if our ETL ever got to leave the store because he couldn't set the alarm.

Our DTL came for a visit and said exactly this to me as a reason to accept expired coupons and in general bend over backwards to win the guests back. That was the first I had heard of this practice.
