anyone from west coast know if we're going to be 14. most of us incl PA's/TL's are above 15.

does anyone know if A&A and Consumables will keep their 50 above the minimum in June , when we go to 13 /hr , will these 2 areas go to 13.50 / hr or will we all be 13 / hr.

You'll continue to make what you're making now if it's over $13. Everyone will be at the same Paygrade, no more 50 cents above base.

Specialty Sales (beauty, electronics and A&A) will no longer be .50 above base since every area are now End to End and basically operating under the same principle and expectations. Know their sales, do their Push, price, audits/exfs, strays, zone recovery, sales Planner/rev.

So no, everyone will have the same base since all responsibilities are inherently the same.

In my store the base was $12.75, so with the 50 cents more they were at $13.25. Our base is moving up to $13 so there's a lot of 'why are they making more then me still?' The ones not complaining about that and instead complaining that new hires are starting at the same rate as veteran TMs (which HR last year assured us would not happen again this year.)

Western Washington stores have raised the base to $15/hour. In City of Seattle, the city minimum wage is $16/hour. It does look like hours have been cut, though.
