Harbor Freight? The bosses of Target won't give a single rats patootie that HF opens at 7 am. Macy's has already stated they intend to open at 6pm Thanksgiving afternoon. Most Walmarts in my area are changing to 24 hours operations, dunno if that's for fourth quarter or permanently.

Harbor freight sells tools and hardware. They're not really what I would call a competitor to Target.
