Hey guys... I'm fairly new and I just had a really quick question (sorry if it's a dumb question, I just want to make sure i'm doing the right thing). When you get your abandoned cart from guest service, are you supposed to go get an empty cart to put in it's place?

If you're pulling the cart out from the sorting area behind the service desk, then yes, please replace it with an empty cart.
