Archived Annual Reviews on File?

Hey guys -

does anyone know if and for how long performance reviews are kept on file? I would have some dating back to 06-07, and I'm trying to obtain copies of all my reviews for some non-Target related things. Although I didn't always agree with the amount of the raise, my reviews were always pretty well written and I'm trying to paint a good picture of myself for a grad school app, and the school recommends providing performance reviews if you've had continuous work experience somewhere.

I would doubt for one minute - at someones firing - "Well you did this and that -- and in 1903 you missed priced a butter churn" ---

I worked at my previous store, in the same position, 14 years. My previous tl always joked that all she did was pull up my old reviews, change a word here and there and she was done.

In rereading your post, I doubt that they kept your review from that far back. I think they toss old employee files after a specific number of years.

Didn't you keep your duplicate copy of the review?
