Archived AT&T Discount FAN?

Got sent the form to fill out to get the 25% discount on our AT&T plan, but it says I need our company FAN. What is that and how do I find it out? Is it common knowledge that somebody here can provide, or do I need to ask HR (or somebody else)? O, and is the BAN my employee ID?

No clue. I had my sprint discount added in a sprint store. They just needed a pay stub.

I just had Target Mobile process mine

You just have to print out your stub and fax it to them. You can do it all from the store, that's what I did at least.

All I had to do was email my paycheck stub to sprint to get my 25% off discount.

When I did mine, it took me to a link and asked me to sign into my AT&T account and it applied it directly without me having to send in anything at all.
