My store is pretty chill with swearing as long as there's no guests around you
The ETL logistic, flow TL and backroom TL and there whole teams swears none stop

Property and equipment damage, safety violations, negligence. A lot of policy violations are CCA-able but are usually chalked up to a coaching or a “hey don’t do that again” speech.
