Archived Availability problem

I kept getting scheduled outside of my availability since computer requests and such were not showing up or were being auto denied. Getting a paper version of the availability signed by TL and then personally handing it to HR and watching them key it in fixed the problem.
 
One thing I like about myTime is one of the features is showing everyone's availability on screen when I do the schedule. For the front end, where everyone's availability is wonky, it is a Godsend. But like most computer programs it hiccups on occasion. I'm pretty good about taking people off the schedule if I schedule them against their availability and they give me enough notice. I'm not usually so nice if they wait until the last minute to tell me after the schedule as been up for two weeks. We have one TM who is notorious for that.
