Back room location label

When the back room location label is not scannable, how do I enter it on the zebra (in the search bar) to make it scannable ( not talking about printing the label.) My colleague told me she was shown how to do it but forgot.

Speaking of back room, is there a way I can check and make sure all of my wacos are "empty"? I just completely purged my aisle, but I want to make sure there is nothing still located, since I've found plenty of ghosts and baffles in the past. I'm trying to take charge of this area and stay on top of it. At my previous job you could just scan the shelf label and remove everything from the location, but if you scan the shelf label here, it just asks you to scan what you want to backstock.

Use the audit option to clear the location. Make sure you ask your tl to before do this first.

If you have access to Greenfield -
Print the page of Empty locations and see if all your locations are on there.
OR
This will take a little longer because you have to scan EACH location -
My Day app
Scan function - bottom right.
Scan the BR location - it will display if empty and also if something is located there and how many.

I know you can manually key the backroom location in if you use the Audit app search bar, but you'd have to rescan everything in that location before finalizing it. That seems kinda messy though, and it'd probably be better just to reprint the label.

Still exists just on greenfield now. I just miss store apps in general

In MyDay you can scan a label and it will list what's backstocked there.
