Lol hey everyone! I was seasonal at my store two years ago and missed it so much I came back. I'm sticking around as a regular this time, and I'd like to oversee OPUs if that ever becomes a possibility. Wish we had little groups for our own stores, but I guess that could cause issues. Anyone else have a huge issue with favoritism among the leads that keep hard workers from being promoted, and unqualified people are instead? Is there anything I can do about this?

Unfortunately target is run like a high school and the fishbowl society in each store rewards those who win the popularity contests. There’s not much you can do to change it except for jump on the bandwagon, kiss the right asses, and drink the target kool aid. Become brainwashed with the brand and brown nose your way up to the top.
