Aside from being closed Thanksgiving, it'll definitely vary from location to location. My store will be opening at 6a instead of 8a on BF.

On workbench, if you search Txxxx 2023 holiday with "xxxx" being your store number, you can pull up your holiday hours. My store is opening at 6am and closing at midnight starting December 3rd.

• EVERY store will be opening at 6am on Black Friday.
• Starbucks will go back to closing at 9pm Nov 24-Dec23
• 10% of GiftCard Weekend is Dec 2nd/3rd

If it's like previous years at my store, doors close at 11pm and every TM/TL/ETL walk out the door at 1145pm. Inbound unloads a truck and rolls everything out to the floor once the doors close.

Inbound walks back in at 1205am on Friday & pushes what they took (some Inbound do OPU because BF craziness).

Lucky for me I quit in summer 2022, Gonna be nice back to back years of not working Black Friday or Holiday season. Where I work now it doesn’t apply. 😎

No overnights at my store this Q4--otherwise I'm sure I'd be scheduled at 12:15 AM on Friday so as not to get a second of holiday pay, same as last year. :/

To add, I think each store's holiday recognition budget was available on there as an excel sheet in prior years. Food falls under that.

We are opening an hour early 6am instead of 7am on Black Friday (and closed on Thanksgiving). That is the only change to the store schedule.

No seasonal hires sounds incredibly unlikely. We're hiring like....40.

Very few at my store, mostly for Fulfillment and some for Guest Service.

Same, not the very few part, but same for those departments. We have a board up in the TSC showing how many they intend to hire for each department. Fulfillment says 20, Front end says 9, I don't remember the numbers for the other departments, but I think they combine to be 10-ish.
