Archived Called out, pay code

So I am new to target, about a month in. I had to call out yesterday and looked in my schedule and it says pay code att absence confirmed. What does that mean? I do see sick time accursed I guess you start with it, does that mean I get paid for that day or just that I called out on time?

All it means is you called out and it was acknowledge by an etlIf you were sick talk to hr about using sick pay for that day and it will show sick pay under the att.text.

It means nothing morethan you were NOT a no call no show (ncns). Ncns is a bigger deal than calling out.

LOL, same at my store. If you don't NCNS 3 times or call out three days in a row...you'll be kept. Most can't manage to do that though...we've had a lot of turnover the last 3 months or so on the overnight team (we are in a remodel).
