Archived Can I get in trouble for asking guests if they are hiring at their work?

With all this modernization shit and assholes TL's coaching me and everybody else for not doing Customer Service and talking with Guests , I've been starting to send resumes, looking for jobs everywhere, Indeed, etc etc.

Now with the stupid interactions they're asking us like to talk with all guests, I started just couple of days ago asking if they're hiring, and a lot of times I engage in good long convos with my guests.

Now I'm just wondering can I get in trouble for it?

I don't think so. However, they can send you a message and cut you down to 8 hours a week just to be a dick.

You might get coached and put on a final notice if some of the LODs hear you asking or you might not even get to a final notice.
Personally I wouldn't be asking....too much of a risk.....

I don't have issues with it. If you have no hours & bills to pay. You have to do, what you need to do. Just spot as a part time gig.
