A few times when i have been cashiering the scale would stop working and I curious how I could fix that. Also how do you raise or lower the bagging area?

Generally the scale shouldn't stop working, but if it does it means the register gets a reboot. And if it still doesn't work after the reboot, then CSC gets to deal with it.

If a set of scales stops operating, report it your GSTL/GSA immediate. They need to close the lane and troubleshoot it.

Isn't there a button on the side that resets the scale?

Non supertargets don't have to worry about this as everything is sold by the each and not weight
