Archived Checking in Starbucks

We got an email about checking Starbucks in wrong. They say to use the document number and follow the PDA prompts. There isn't a document number on the bill and we have been using the order number. Obviously a lot of people are doing it wrong because of the huge amount of stores this was sent to. Anyone have information on this?:wacko:

Ours is checked in by RL. We give them the packing slip as we disassemble the pallets.

I believe they come in with pfresh simply because they'll call us when our flats are sorted out.

Depends on who fulfills your orders? If you have an FDC, then a couple things for food ave will come on the FDC truck in addition to all the stuff for PFresh. The rest of food ave and Starbucks freight comes through McLanes, or whatever your equivalent of McLanes is.
