Do ETLs get the same pay raises as Team Leaders?

No, it's similar but based on how the company is doing as a whole as well so the percentages can be different. They also have various pay options such as "pay action increase", which is off-cycle pay increases for ETLs doing well. Bonuses (Short Term Initiatives) are also different than TL annual bonus.

I'm not sure if that but I know they get bonuses based on sales. I remember one year all of my ETLs and SD all came with brand new cars weeks after review time.
