Archived End caps for black friday

Is it a good thing they put me on end cap salesplanners for the two days leading up? They were going to teach me, but I had someone teach me a week or two ago. I have two eight hour shifts, and I guess that's all I'm doing is end caps.

End caps are pretty easy. Your TL will most likely have locations for them and probably the labels too. There's probably a lot of endcaps, so there will be a team of you working on them.

My tl is the backroom tl so I don't think he'll have me do anything haha. But yeah I'm assuming the etl sf will be telling me what to do.

You will set a bunch of stuff that will blow out in the first hour. You may also set up your replenishment and "plan B" set detrashed and on a flat/tub ready to rollout.
