I'm in the Houston market and I applied 3 weeks ago for the etl manager training position. When I check the status of my application it still says under review. Does anyone know the typical time period for a response back, or is the company waiting for the 4 quarter to end before starting interviews for recent graduates.

They maybe waiting for 4th qtr to end. Spot sales are down, now. maybe holding back hiring on new etl's.
