Archived ETL interview

Finally after what seems like forever I am going for my first round of ETL interviews. I'm now super nervous as it's 5 days away. My store is very confident in me, so much so that they are interviewing my replacement this week. I am preping like it is going out of style and my 30sec commerical is on point. Just looking for some tips from other people.

Keep on talking to your mentor at your store for reassurance.

I was just hired as an eit out of college so im not sure how different it is for tl's(i assume thats what you are).
But i pretty much narrowed it down to this.
Talk about getting results and being a hard worker = youll get hired as an etl for sure.
Talk about being a global leader who will take care of duties that do not belong to the area you oversee. = you will be hired and bred to be an STL.
