Archived ETL Paygrade interviews

Sorry guys, I feel like this is posted somewhere but I could not find it.


Typically how long do you have to wait as an ETL to go to Paygrade interviews? I was told a year MINIMUM by my current STL. The STL I trained under said I could go in as little as a month...

The ETLs I've seen do it have done it at a year. I can't believe you'd have the experiences they are looking for to do it sooner.

I still have some of my internship paperwork laying around

According the paperwork, it's a minimum of 9 months. Must run a green work center. Must an influential leader within the store and district.
