Archived Feels Like Medical Condition Discrimination at Interview

Had a TL who took business classes, getting reimbursed by spot 'til he finished his degree.
Then he sat back & waited to be offered an ETL position & was ticked when he found out he'd have to go into the intern program if he hoped to advance.
He eventually went to another company that could bounce him up the line faster because he was SO amazing.
When I think of what spot wasted on him....

...uh ok? Not sure how that directly relates to my previous post. There's nothing wrong with going to school full time and working full time. But telling your interviewer that there are times when you'd need to drastically reduce your hours because of school is no way to convince them to hire you. It either shows 1) your multitasking and organization skills aren't good enough or 2) work will always take a backseat to school. While the later is not necessarily a bad thing in and of itself, its not the best for business needs.
