when you flex in softlines should you have several spots on a table that have the same item?

You can do that if you dont have anymore product to make tables look full.

It makes my OCD go crazy, but yes. Make the tables look nice, organized, full. Fill in gaps with product. Have 2 spaces and 4 shirts? Put 2 in each space, even if they're all the same size.

At least this is what my softlines TLs have instructed.

Flexing is a good thing. It will drive sales for the store. D-code or NOP is a big plus too. Remember this, more sales, more hours, more tm's during slow times.

I know that. But eventually it looks like crap and bothers me. Not to mention, items that are flexed can be difficult to find.
