So let me start off with a bunch of questions and rants etc.... so I’m a regular TM but In my dept. ,fulfillment, I’m an afternoon pace setter. I do basically TL duties without the TL Pay. Since I’m an afternoon pace setter I have to close off OPU’s and GPU’s and SFS by store close. It sucks, but I mean I hope one day to become a TL because I’m cross trained in multiple departments. I’m cross trained in guest service, cashier, GM, and even Market. I was just wondering does being a pacesetter essentially ever bring benefits? Does the SFS TL give raises to pacesetters? should I just stop doing “pacesetter duties” all together without a raise?
