Archived GSA or Loss Prevention?

At my store we are not permitted to accuse the guest of anything... including not scanning items.
we try not to accuse and go with “oh, you may have forgotten” or “looks like the system missed that or scanned that up wrong (for tag switching)” it’s like a very thin line though, so it’s always like a “is it worth it to approach said guest” type of thing.
