Hello fellow spot employees!

I was excited to find this forum and peeps that understand how working at the spot really is.

Little introduction, Ive been working for Target for about 7 months now. I am pretty much champion trained but was hired as cashier. They just changed my "title" to guest ambassador meaning I speak to guests about those fun little surveys at the bottom of the reciept.


I look forward to swapping rediculous guest stories!

Ridiculous guest stories are fun! did Spot increase your pay as part of this title? Just curious

Pay increase ha! No but it does get me out from behind the register and agreeing to do the "ambassador" has opened many opportunities for me because it showed all the TLs how much of a "Team Player" I am lol. My ETL looks out for me and makes sure I get the hours I need to survive so thats a plus too.
