More junk for us to clearance every 8 weeks. Bring product in the stores that people will buy.
 
We set ours up a few months ago and I think we clearanced out about 50% of the stuff. It seems to be getting better, but a good amount is still getting marked down after each new set.
 
The secret to this set is Target needs to leverage it to drive online sales. We cannot (and should not) be trying to drive home sales in just the stores, because its a losing battle. You cannot simply measure the old sales per square foot anymore. Sales needs to be calculated by combining sales of brick and mortar and online, and if home reinvention increases online sales MORE than it loses brick and mortar sales, then it is worth it.
