I've worked retail for four and a half years and target for over a year of that and I am new to the board but sniffed around for a while before actually joining.
I work at a High volume store and have floated around a bit on the sales floor to learn enough to pick up slack in other workcenters but stayed with Guest service because I am amused by guests, beloved by my fellow team members and hated by coupon and deal scammers.
