Managers? LOD's?

Go to glassdoor.com. Tons of people post how much they make at pretty much every company there is - including Target.

There is a HUGE range on ETL pay. Paygrades and experience will bump pay by 10's of thousands of dollars. There are ETL's in my building that ware making waaaaaaaaaaay more than my inexperienced STL.

If you ask an ETL at my store, they like to tell you how they did the math, and with all the overtime they worked last year, they actually made LESS than the hourly team members per hour.

This is only true for ETLs that have been around for many years. ETL pay got the axe back with AE 08 and 09. Now moving up a pay grade as an ETL only means about $2000-3000 a year increase. So for new ETLs, they are not looking at making much if they stick around for several years.
