Recently got hired three weeks ago. This is my first job at age twenty two (golly gee). I graduated from Texas A&M with a Biology degree and math minor (not sure if I could apply to be an ETL after a few years of experience without going back to school). Didn't like what I majored in and I want to go through the management route (or teaching, but for now, management).

As of now, I love the job. Everyone is so nice - my ETLs and TLs and TMs. I get plenty of hours! My first day was a 13hr shift (unintentional)! It was a challenge, and the ETL-HR paid for our second lunch! I look forward to moving up the chain of command... I just hope I got what it takes! D:

Greetings and salutations.

Welcome to The Break Room.

They like thier ETLs right out of college, the chances of moving up the chain are sadly slim.

If you want to be an ETL I'd suggest looking into that asap, the longer you stay in the TM position the harder it will be. I'm pretty sure they don't care what your degree is in as long as you graduated.

Edit: Sorry to be a downer.
